Dear Jarrod I would like to convey my thanks and gratitude to the founder and owner, Jarrod Len, of Crystal Clear Pools for his exceptional service, honesty, reliability and professionalism. After months of excessive costs and frustration, I finally came across a pool service company in November 2011, who delivers what they promise, and goes beyond the call of duty. Believe it or not, I came across Crystal Clear Pools by means of 1 of their branded service vehicles with  their contact details, and immediately called. Jarrod answered my call and within 24 hours I had  received a quote and an explanation as to why my pool was in an unsatisfactory condition. I was expecting an astronomical quote to marbelite, replace solar panels, and who knows what else, but was pleasantly surprised. I questioned the quality of service to be delivered,   but was assured that the workmanship was of the utmost quality. I can finally be proud of my pool after Crystal Clear Pools converted a troublesome and problematic pool into a pool that is sparkling clean and as good as new, at a fair and affordable cost.
